365 cards - Day 136: What is Black, White & Red All Over? The challenge to create a card using only those 3 colours.
This is the first time I've submitted a card for Mojo Monday. This one's going to be posted to Mojo Monday's - Week 95 Sketch Challenge:
Here's my Entry:
Paper is Kaiser Craft (black & white) & Lasting Impressions (red stripe) The rub on sentiments are from CTMH. The butterfly (bought the stamp set at Costco) was stamped with a glue pad, and sprinkled with Martha Stewart black onyx sparkles.
The shimmer is subtle and lovely, but the picture doesn't show any sparkle at all (bad lighting?). The black raffia is part of my 'out of control' stash.I know just who this card is going to... I've left the insert blank, because I plan to write a personal message.

I've haven't managed to combine challenges so far . . . so WELL DONE! The card is absolutely lovely.
Love the papers you have used, just gorgeous.
I don't think we've had any rubber stamps at the UK Costco's but they do smashing bargains on paper which I've bought a couple of times.

I too have trouble combining challenges, I can do two but beyond that it gets a little challenging!

I gotta tell y'all... the community of online papercrafters is a very lovely bunch. The encouragement I've received since I've started blogging (only 1 week ago!) has meant a lot. It's fun to do the challenges, but what I really love is the 1000 different ways we all respond to the same one. It really expands the creative mind!

I'm excited to get into scrapbooking more, I haven't had the time over the last couple years but my husband got me a cricut for my bday so I'm excited to get into these challenges & try new projects!!!
